What happens if someone does not respond?
After 48 hours without a response from your testimonial, you will receive an automatic notification. Depending on your package, you can replace the email address with a new candidate (Spark: 1x, Impact: 2x, Authority: 5x).
Where are the videos stored?
Videos are stored temporarily on our servers for delivery purposes only. EU Hosting. After successful delivery to your account, they are automatically deleted. We do not retain your data.
Can I customize the questions?
